Critically acclaimed vibraphonist follows up his intensely personal 1999 release "Uncrowned Kings" with another exemplary effort which showcases his fast-as-the-wind, whistle-clean mallet work & on-target musical instincts. The repertoire includes tunes from the grand eras of jazz, some obscure & rarely played, but all challenging.
