Ill Adrenaline Records ups the ante once again. Long Island emcee and producer SmooVth - best known for his collabs with Hus Kingpin and Giallo Point - along with Boston producer Confidence (of critically acclaimed duo Rashad & Confidence), release a pair of New York themed boom bap hitters on this limited edition 45. Recorded back in 2015, "Rap Science" is an up-tempo, sample laced walk thru the gritty streets of NYC. SmooVth unleashes reality bars like "life's a gamble, four of five nights in shambles". The signature Confidence beat and sharp, refined cuts courtesy of DJ Technic deliver hope to an almost lost art form. The flip side "Come Get it" brings a brash barrage of lyrics and a witty flow. Confidence adds spice to the beat with a catchy sample over heavy drums. SmooVth's music has been featured on NBC's The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Sirius XM, and Complex. This is a must have single for the crates.
